India’s Batting: A respectable score thanks to Gill and Axar
After losing the toss, India batted first and scored 167 for 8 in 20 overs. Top-scorer Shubman Gill managed 46, while Abhishek Sharma chipped in with 28. The middle-order batsmen did not do much, but finally, Axar Patel made an unbeaten 21 as India crossed the 160-run mark.
